Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve received an order confirmation but no tracking number, your order is still being prepared. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks. Once your order is ready and quality-checked, you will receive a tracking number.
Can I change delivery time ?
if you need to change the delivery time, no worries. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number. Use it to contact the courier directly if the delivery time doesn’t suit you
Can i modify my order?
Add relevant text content with the richtext editor. Note that you can also include links and basic formatting in this content, e.g. bold and italic.
My order is damaged what to do?
Before shipment from the factory, a designated team will conduct a full-body inspection of each cargo to ensure that it is packed and shipped without any problems. If the doll is damaged upon delivery, please contact our support for repair or replacement
I haven't received my tracking number yet.
Once production starts on your custom doll, we can’t cancel the order. Crafting it involves time, materials, and skilled labor, so we can’t stop once it’s begun
